BRIDGING PROGRAM
In engaging and collaboration with Sub Saharan communities, Sibusiso is: providing essential education regarding HIV/AIDS & Hepatitis B & C; developing community specific projects to raise awareness regarding prevention, transmission, treatment & support; providing extensive resource listings and referring individuals to counseling and testing as well as comprehensive services if needed.

RURAL VILLAGE PROGRAM
Since 2003, Sibusiso has partnered with the Mahlungulu Foundation in Numlaco, a small rural village in the mBizana region of South Africa’s Eastern Cape. Ongoing collaborative projects include a Rural Village Nurse working with Home Based Care Workers, as well as a Garden Project. |

URBAN TOWNSHIP PROGRAM
KwaZula-Natal is the hardest hit of South Africa’s provinces suffering from HIV/AIDS. Sibusiso is partnering with various communities and organizations in the following area: Child & Family enhancement supporting a Child Feeding and Outreach Program; Networking of Nurses between KwaZulu-Natal and Boston, Massachusetts; Provision of education and information related to HIV/AIDS; Delivery of basic necessity items desperately needed by community members. |
